Phillips Seafoods Indonesia dimulai dari Penerimaan Bahan Baku, Temporary, Quality, Sorting I, Sorting II, Mental Detecting, Mixing, Filling, Weighing, Seaming, Coding, Pasteurizing, Chilling, Packaging and Labeling, Shill Storage, Stuffing/Loading. Pengalengan rajungan terdiri dari beberapa jenis produk seperti: Claw Meat, Super Lamp, Seawings, Spesial, Jumbo and Colossal. Agar dapat menghasilkan produk yang baik seharusnya para karyawan menerapkan alur proses yang telah ditetapkan, dilakukan pengawasan terhadap karyawan terutama pada saat penyortiran dan dilakukan pengecekan daging setiap jam oleh QC.</subfield>
