Sensor suhu thermistor untuk mendeteksi suhu udara panas dan menyalakan pompa, sedangkan sensor kelembaban (elektroda) berfungsi untuk mendeteksi kelembaban tanah sekaligus sebagai trigger untuk menonaktifkan pompa.</subfield>
